On Wednesday, April 15th 2026, more than 30 National Learning Network centres across the country will open their doors from 11am – 1pm for our annual National Open Day.
This year’s theme, #morethanajob, shines a light on what meaningful employment truly represents; confidence, independence, community, purpose, and opportunity. At NLN, we believe education is not just about qualifications. It’s about unlocking potential and building futures.
National Learning Network is the education and training division of Rehab Group. We provide inclusive education and training programmes with specialist supports designed to help every student succeed personally, vocationally, and professionally.
Each year, we support hundreds of neurodivergent individuals and people with disabilities to:
- Progress to further and higher education
- Gain meaningful employment
- Build life skills and independence
- Develop confidence and self-advocacy

While awareness and understanding of neurodivergent and people with disabilities continues to grow, many individuals still face barriers in accessing education and employment. For many, work can represent far more than a payslip; it’s about identity, purpose, and inclusion.
